excellent bathrooms. caffe diem, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. every place we needed, such as first church of otago was only a short distance to this hotel. there was free parking.

Room was large for us. We were happy to find Paasha 700 ft away, where we could eat;)))
For us it was ideal.
